This one pound coin design has been around for many years. As with all of the one pound coin designs it unfortunately has been relatively unnoticed. The traditional Three Lions motif is a lovely design and deserves to be noticed!

The Three Lions are carefully cut out by hand using a traditional jewellers saw. These one pound coins are extremely difficult to cut through accurately. Thus they take more time and greater concentration to create. Each one takes several hours of precise hand piercing with a traditional jewellers saw.
