Curious love birdies..
More lovely little love bird pendants, completely handcrafted in Cambridge and totally recycled from two lovely old sterling silver English coins. These coins have obvious signs of their age, thus are unwanted by historical coin collectors. To me they offer a great opportunity to recycle some lovely old silver.
Once the coins are prepared they are hand pierced, filed and polished into the love bird design. The pendant is adorned with a cute silver, copper or gold coloured star. Each one is unique and absolutely individual. Included with necklace is the silver coin 'off cut' from which the pendant was cut. This is a wonderful little talking piece and point of interest for the wearer.
